Every person, firm or corporation engaged in the business of peddling junk as an itinerant peddler shall pay a license to the county of Monterey in the sum of ten dollars per year, payable in advance, for every wagon and other vehicle used in the business of junk peddling. (Ord. 76-5 § 1, 1976)
