All wagons used in connection with junk shops or junkyards shall be provided with a round metal license tag containing a number and the date of issuance of the license tag. The tag shall be issued by the tax collector of the county of Monterey upon payment of the license fee prescribed by Section 7.24.060, and shall be attached to the body of the wagon in a conspicuous place.
