Any person conducting a contract-patrol towing operation or business shall maintain a physical location from which said business is conducted. Such physical location shall provide an office with an adjacent yard for vehicle storage. Such location shall be approved by the director of public safety, or his designee, prior to the permit being issued. (Ord. 84-1 § 1, 1984)
