17.66.130 Minimum unit size.

All units shall be subject to the following minimum gross floor areas, exclusive of parking areas, open decks and patios:

B. Two-bedroom dwelling | 850 sq. ft. | 1,000 sq. ft. |
C. Three-bedroom dwelling | 1,100 sq. ft. | 1,250 sq. ft. |
D. For each additional bedroom in excess of three | 100 sq. ft. | 100 sq. ft. |
