Excepting townhomes/condominiums, which will be governed by this section, all other parking standards within the Marina Heights residential district shall be governed by Section 17.44.020 With respect to townhomes and condominiums within the Marina Heights residential district, which shall be limited to two­bedroom units: One covered parking space for each dwelling unit shall be required.
