Minimum building site area required in the R-1 districts shall be six thousand square feet, seven thousand square feet for a corner lot, except where combined with any B district, and except that building site area for all lots created by an infill subdivision as defined in the subdivision ordinance shall be a minimum of six thousand square feet.
