A structure, not capable of being carried or moved by only two adults, located adjacent to and directly accessible from a dwelling unit, which is used solely for the recreational purposes by the occupants of the dwelling unit and their guests. Said structures are classified as accessory structures and include, but are not limited to: swimming pools, tennis courts, hot tubs and spas, built-in cooking facilities such as barbeque grills, pits and/or ovens.
