A structure, capable of being carried or moved by not more than two adults when fully assembled, located adjacent to and directly accessible from a dwelling unit, which is used solely for recreational purposes by the occupants of the dwelling unit and their guests. Said structures are classified as accessory structures and may include, but are not limited to: portable play structures, trampolines, swing sets, mobile barbeque grills.
