Any person aggrieved by the decision of the director of public works to approve alternate construction specifications and/or design standards may appeal said decision to the city council. The city council shall then hear the appeal and may affirm, modify or reverse the decision of the director of public works. The decision of the city council shall be final. (Ord. 78-3 § 8, 1978)
