Except as provided in Section 10.41.040, after October 1, 2015, no person shall park or stand or permit to stand any recreational vehicle, boat or trailer on any public street, highway, roadway, alley or thoroughfares.

All entrance ways to the city of Marina shall be signed or marked in accordance with California Vehicle Code requirements in order for this prohibition to apply. (Ord. 2015-02 § 1 (Exh. A), 2015)
