For purposes of this chapter, a “recreational vehicle” shall be as defined by Section 15.48.020, a “boat” shall mean the same as “vessel” as defined by California Vehicle Code Section 9840 and “trailer” shall be as defined by California Vehicle Code Section 630, including trailers for vehicles, boats or personal watercrafts. Passenger vans which have been converted for use as a recreational vehicle and do not exceed nine feet in height are exempt from this section. This section shall not apply to commercial or construction vehicles which are regulated by Section 17.42.020(F)(2). (Ord. 2015-02 § 1 (Exh. A), 2015)
