An owner of a premises on which motor vehicles may be parked may avail himself of the provisions of Section 10.40.160 by placing signs on such property, giving notice that only certain persons or class of persons may park on such property. Such signs shall be not less than seventeen by twenty-two inches in size, with lettering not less than one inch in height and clearly state the parking restrictions of said premises. Such signs shall also clearly state that violators may be subject to the provisions of Section 10.40.160. (Ord. 93-13 § 1, 1993)
