Whenever a private parking lot is posted and signed in accordance with Section 10.40.170, it is unlawful for any person to stop, stand or park any motor vehicle in such parking lot without permission or authorization from the owner of such lot. For the purposes of this section, the term “owner” includes tenant, lessee, agent or other person having lawful control or possession of the premises. (Ord. 93-13 § 1, 1993)
