Each initial registration of a hazardous material disclosure form shall be accompanied by a filing fee of seventy-five dollars and thereafter an annual renewal filing fee of thirty-five dollars per year. (Ord. 84-10 § 11, 1984; Ord. 83-18 § 1, 1983)
