8.04.150 Construction and demolition debris requirements.

Self-hauling contractors, and city-authorized service providers of C&D debris collection service and the operation of other related programs within the city shall at all times comply with the following:
A. Applicable law as it may be amended from time to time, including without limitation all laws related to management of C&D debris, preparation of C&D debris management plans and reports, and diversion of C&D debris from disposal; and
B. All written and published city policies and/or administrative guidelines regarding the collection, tracking, and/or reporting of C&D debris. (Ord. 2021-06 § 2 (Exh. A), 2021)
