Junk peddlers shall also receive from the tax collector upon payment of the license provided for in this chapter, a circular metal license tag for each wagon or other vehicle used by him in his business, containing a number and the date of issuance. The numbers shall be the same as that upon the badge issued to the junk peddler, one of which tags shall be attached to the body of each wagon or other vehicle in a conspicuous place.
