The ordinance codified in this chapter is adopted pursuant to Sections 37101 and 51030 through 51034 of the California Government Code, Business and Professions Code Section 4600 et seq. and 16000, and Section 7 of Article XI of the Constitution of the state of California and regulates the business and practice of massage to the extent authorized therein.
