General permits shall be granted for one-year terms on a calendar-year basis from July 1st through June 30th, without proration of fees, and shall be renewable on an annual basis thereafter.

The permit of any organization which fails to submit the required reports shall be immediately and automatically revoked. Said permit may be reinstated without additional fee upon the filing of the required report.

A special permit is granted only for a one-day term for each bingo game; said special permit shall not be renewable. A one-day bingo special permit fee is required upon submission of the application. The fee is contained in the city’s fee schedule. (Ord. 2021-01 § 1 (Exh. A), 2021)
