2.12.090 Officers.

Each commission shall elect a chair and vice-chair from among its members who shall serve for a term of one year. Term of chair shall not exceed two successive years. The duties of the officers shall be as follows:
A. Chair. The chair shall preside at all meetings of the commission, make appointments to any committees and shall perform all the duties necessary or incidental to the office.
B. Vice-Chair. The vice-chair shall serve as chair in the absence or inability of the chair to serve. (Ord. 2006-05 § 1, 2006)
