Each commission shall meet at least once a month and shall establish a time of such regular meeting. Meetings shall be held at the city of Marina Council Chambers, 211 Hillcrest Avenue, Marina, California. If the date of a regular meeting falls on a scheduled city holiday, the regular meeting will be held on the evening of the following workday at the established hour and place.
