Violation(s) of this title shall be prosecuted as infractions. Revenues received from fines shall be used to support alternative transportation programs. Each and every day that a provision(s) of this title or the terms and conditions or any approved worksite trip reduction plan is violated, shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 93-5 § 1, 1993)
