A. Appropriate development-related ordinances will be reviewed and considered for measures and amenities in support of this title.

B. This title will be implemented through application of the city’s zoning ordinances, subdivision ordinances and development standards whenever a developer is seeking a specific permit including but not limited to use permits, zoning permits, and tentative and final subdivision maps.
