18.06.030 Applicable development.
“Applicable development” means any new development project that is determined to meet or exceed the fifty-employee threshold or any existing development that applies to increase its floor areas by twenty-five thousand gross square feet. Applicable developments include complexes exceeding the fifty-employee threshold. The following factors shall be applied to determine employment at the applicable development:
