In case the applicant is not satisfied with the decision of the planning commission, he may, within ten days, appeal in writing to the city council. A copy of such appeal shall be submitted by the applicant to the planning commission. The city council shall render its decision within sixty days after receipt by said council and the planning commission of such appeal. (Ord. 2020-07 § 2, 2020; Zoning Ordinance dated 7/94, 1994)
