Each unit within the project shall have at least three hundred cubic feet of enclosed, weatherproofed and lockable storage space at a single location. This space shall be in addition to interior closet space provided within the unit. Such space shall have a minimum interior dimension of four feet with a ceiling height of no less than seven and one-half feet and no more than ten feet.
