For every dwelling unit there shall be no less than two parking spaces, one of which must be a private garage. The use and assignment of these parking spaces shall be clearly defined in the conditions, covenants and restrictions. Screened and protected areas for boat trailer and recreational vehicle storage are desirable and shall be required by the city unless such vehicles are prohibited by any private restrictive covenants.
