Uses permitted in the MHR district shall be as follows:

A. Residential units, either attached or detached, including single-family dwellings, duplexes, row houses, townhouses, and condominiums.

B. Community recreational facilities, including but not limited to tennis courts, swimming pools, playgrounds and parks for the private use of the residents of the development and/or public, provided such facilities are not operated for remuneration.

C. Uses, nonhabitable buildings and structures incidental, accessory and subordinate to permitted uses.

D. The keeping of domestic chickens pursuant to Section 17.42.160. (Ord. 2020-07 § 2, 2020; Ord. 2013-09 § 2, 2013; Ord. 2004-05 § 1, 2004)
