A. Within a completely enclosed building the following uses shall be permitted: animal hospitals, dancing academies or halls, wholesale stores or storage, undertaking establishments, carpenter shops, welding shops, plumbing shops, public utility buildings and uses, manufacturing of clothing, electronic equipment and handicraft products, printing and lithography shops, light industrial and manufacturing uses and other uses of a similar nature producing none of the deleterious or undesirable impacts specified in Section 17.28.040.
