In addition to the standards for outside storage areas established by Section 17.24.110, or Section 17.28.150 as applicable, proposed outdoor storage shall be permitted only if it is determined through site and architectural design review by the planning commission or city council upon appeal that the location, screening and type of equipment and materials to be stored are such that there will be no significant adverse visual impact on any adjacent property or other property within the P district.
