The minimum building site area shall be the same as the underlying district. However, should the P district be combined with the BP district and a general development plan integrating parking, loading, landscaping and/or related facilities is approved for the entire district, the minimum building site area shall be one-half acre. A general development plan shall be approved following the procedures of Chapter 17.56, Site and Architectural Design Review, except that building elevations may not be required. When a general development plan is required for a P district, all design review approvals for developments within the district shall be compatible with an adopted general development plan.
