“Fitness and health establishment” means commercial or nonprofit facilities, such as fitness centers and health and athletic clubs, oriented toward promoting physical health. Such facilities can include any of the following: gymnasium, swimming pool, exercise equipment, indoor sauna, spa or hot tub facilities; indoor tennis, handball, racquetball, and other indoor sports activities.
