“Day care center, adult or child” means a commercial or nonprofit child or adult day care facility, other than a family day care home, that provides nonmedical care on less than a twenty-four-hour basis for fifteen or more children or seven or more adults. Includes infant centers, preschools, school-age day care facilities, and facilities for adults who require supervision and care because of mental and/or physical condition.
