It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any provision or fail to comply with any of the requirements of this chapter. Failure to comply with any of the requirements of this chapter shall constitute a violation of this code and subject to enforcement under Chapters 1.08, 1.10 and 1.12. (Ord. 2023-13 § 1 (Exh.
