It is unlawful for any person to occupy, use or otherwise permit occupancy of any building on Fort Ord, other than those classified as “M-1 agriculture buildings” pursuant to the Uniform Building Code, until an occupancy permit is issued pursuant to this chapter. (Ord. 95-5 § 1, 1995)
