13.22.030 Airport manager shall enforce Rules and Regulations.

The airport manager is empowered to oversee the operations of the airport and to apply and enforce the Rules and Regulations and the Marina Municipal Airport Minimum Operating Standards. The Rules and Regulations incorporated by reference shall apply specifically to the airport and are supplemental to the Federal Aviation Regulations. (Ord. 2023-08 § 3, 2023)
