The director shall maintain a record of all known or reported injuries incurred by a skater or rider in the skate park or pump track and a record of all claims paid and not paid, including any lawsuits and their results, arising from those incidents that were filed against the city. Copies of these records shall be filed annually, no later than January 30th each year, with the California Assembly Committee on Judiciary and the Senate Committee on Judiciary.

Code reviser’s note: Pursuant to the intent of Ord. 2023-11 and at the direction of the city, “pump track” and “rider” language has been incorporated into this section.
