It is unlawful for any person to use any bicycle/BMX bike, tricycle, unicycle, motorized bicycle/BMX bike, motorized unicycle, motorized tricycle, motorized skateboard, motorized scooter, wheelchair, motorized wheelchair or any other motorized device not listed in Section 12.25.040 within the confines of the skate park or pump track facility.
