When authorized signed, parking meters or curb markings have been determined by the city traffic engineer to be necessary and are in place giving notice thereof, no operator of any vehicle shall stop, stand or park said vehicle for a period of time longer than four hours. (Ord. 2001-09 § 1, 2001)
