Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed to be guilty of an infraction, and upon conviction thereof under the provisions of this section shall be punished by (1) a fine of not more than twenty-five dollars for the first violation; (2) a fine of not more than fifty dollars for a second violation; and (3) a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars for each additional violation of the same section within one year. Each such person shall be guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during which any violation of any provision of this chapter is committed, continued, or permitted by such person, and shall be punished accordingly.
