Any applicant or commercial cannabis business may, within ten days of the date of a decision, appeal to the city manager any final decision of the public safety administrator or the regulatory administrator pursuant to this chapter with regard to the final denial or revocation of any permit, renewal, certification, clearance or approval applied for or held by the applicant or business. The city manager may promulgate procedures for the consideration of any such appeal. Any decision of the city manager shall be final. (Ord. 2020-08 § 3, 2020)
