Violations of (A) the requirements of the chapter or of any permit, or (B) any requirement of the Medicinal and Adult Use Cannabis Regulation and Safety Act or any regulation issued thereunder, constitute violation of this code that are subject to the provisions of Chapter 1.08. Additionally, any such violations may constitute a public nuisance that may be remedied pursuant to Chapter 17.60. (Ord. 2020-08 § 3, 2020)
