A. Persons under the age of 21 years shall not be allowed on the premises of a commercial cannabis business.

B. Notwithstanding subsection A of this section, a person aged eighteen to twenty years may enter the premises of a medical cannabis dispensary solely for the purpose of obtaining cannabis or cannabis products pursuant to a physician’s recommendation.

C. A sign at the entrance to the commercial cannabis business shall clearly state, in a form and font acceptable to the public safety administrator, the rule set forth in this section as applicable to the commercial cannabis business. (Ord. 2020-08 § 3, 2020)
