An application for a new permit, for the renewal of a permit, for a change of owner, principal owner, operating manager or assistant operating manager, for the addition of a commercial cannabis activity to a permit, or for the relinquishment of a permit shall be submitted on the form provided for such purpose by the regulatory administrator and shall include such information as may be reasonably requested by the regulatory administrator. The city council may, by resolution, establish an application fee which must be paid at the time such application is submitted to the regulatory administrator. (Ord. 2020-08 § 3, 2020)
