A. A permit issued to a commercial cannabis business for operation at a location cannot be transferred to a new location. Operation at a new location requires an entirely new permit.

B. As part of an application to operate at a new location, a medical cannabis dispensary or an adult cannabis dispensary may commit to ceasing operations at the original location upon the issuance of a permit for the new location. (Ord. 2020-08 § 3, 2020)
