All terms used in this chapter shall have the same meanings as set forth in the Medicinal and Adult Use Cannabis Regulation and Safety Act (Section 26000 et seq. of the California Business and Professions Code) except where explicitly defined in this chapter to have some other meaning, or where some other meaning is manifestly clear from the context of the use of the term.
