Nothing in this chapter is intended to permit any activity that would otherwise be prohibited by state law, to excuse any person from obtaining any license or permit that would otherwise be required by state law, or to override any requirement of state law that is stricter than a requirement contained herein. Any business that is regulated under this chapter must fully comply with all requirements of both state law and this chapter. (Ord. 2020-08 § 3, 2020)
