A. The term of the permit shall be for a period of one year from July 1st to June 30th. The initial permit shall be for one year or portion of such year.

B. For the purposes of clarification, the permit fee set forth in this section is for regulation purposes to reimburse the city for its costs and not for revenue purposes. (Ord. 95-9 § 1, 1995)
